Sample Diet Plan for Healthy Weight Loss with suggestions:
Early Morning: Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
Breakfast(7:30): Before breakfast, have warm lemon and honey water. + 3 soaked and peeled almonds.+
option-1: Oatmeal with fresh fruits like Banana, Apple, and Orange.
By switching from a bowl of cereal and fruit, you'd take in approximately 100 fewer calories each day. That one simple change to your daily diet could help you drop about 10 pounds in one year.
option-2: 3 Idlis / 2 dosas with less oil.
It gives your tummy light. If you desire drink 150ml or small cup of milk.
option-3: 2 Moongdal dosa(pesarattu) + Tomato chutney with less oil.
It gives you high content of proteins, fiber, and other nutrients.
After half an hour breakfast drink 1 glass of lukewarm water to give effective weight loss.
Mid-Morning Snack(11:00am):
one glass of vegetable soups like carrot, cucumber(kheera), beetroot, tomato, spinach, fenugreek, coriander, malbar spinach etc;
It gives you essential nutrients and vitamins to the body.
Lunch(1:00pm):
option-1: 2 small bowls of vegetable curries, 1 small bowl of dal, 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of curd.
option-2: 2 small bowls of vegetable curries with less oil, 1 small bowl of dal, 2 phulkas and 1 cup curd.
Don't take salads. It gives you gastric trouble and it causes bowel syndrome. It allows you to maintain healthy weight by loosing good amount of pounds. If you are non-vegetarian, you can take 1 bowl of non-veg curry or 1 whole egg, 1 bowl of vegetable curry, rice/ roti and 1 cup of curd.
After one hour drink one glass of lukewarm water to improves digestion.

Mid- Afternoon Snack(4:00pm):
option-1: Bowl of fruits like apple, orange, pomegranate, grapes etc;
option-2: 1 bowl of papaya.
option-3: 1/2 bowl of pineapple+ 1/2 bowl of watermelon
These contain high content of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. These help in loosing healthy weight.
Other options are boiled sweet potatoes, murmara chaat, homemade energy bars, homemade popcorn, fried phoolmakhani etc; don't take junk food, fries, pizzas, and burgers etc;
After 1 hour take one cup of green tea. It contains antioxidants which remove free radicals and toxins in the body.
Dinner(6:30pm):
option1: Leafy vegetables kichidi+ peanut chutney.
option-2: 2 phulkas+ chole curry + curd.
option-3: 1 cup rice+ 2 cups veg curry+ 1 bowl of curd.
Dinner is our last meal in our day. so finish your last meal before 7:30pm. After half an hour drink one glass of lukewarm water helps in digestion and weight loss.
