Here are three soups for quick weight loss

Soups are a great way to lose weight and stay healthy. Vegetable soup, like chicken soup, can help you lose weight. Here are three such soups.
Vegetable soup

Any vegetable with a lot of fiber is good for making soup. You can take any vegetable you like, such as carrots and broccoli. Carrot is low in calories. Broccoli also contains phytochemicals.
- Broccoli, carrots, green beans and capsicum are all needed in a soup. Grind vegetables lightly. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the vegetables and stir for five minutes. Add water and cook. After boiling for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and serve hot.
Mushroom soup

Mushrooms are delicious and healthy. It helps regulate glucose and burn fat. Mushrooms, rich in protein, improve metabolism and help you lose weight.
- One cup of minced mushrooms, 1 teaspoonful of cauliflower (1 teaspoon of milk), 1 onion, salt, 1 cup milk, black pepper and 2 cups water is needed for this soup.
- Take a pan and add the chopped mushrooms and milk to it. Let it cool and simmer in the mixer. Garnish with onions. Add the fried mushrooms to it. Boil for three minutes. You can add cornflower to make it thicker. Cook for another five to five minutes and serve hot.
Cauliflower soup

100g cauliflower contains only 25 calories. It is great for losing weight.
- These are the ingredients needed for cauliflower soup. 10 to 12 petals of cauliflower, 1 large onion, 2 potatoes chopped, olive oil, 5 garlic alloy, cream and vegetable stock.
- Saute garlic and onion in pan until brown. Add potatoes, cauliflower and vegetable stock to the boil. Add the cream. Saute until the fat is creamy and tender. (Optionally, mix it in the mixer) Serve hot.
