The condition of a swollen and painful knees can be called as arthritis. The disease is more common in those who are older. Inflammation in the joints can lead to pain. There are two types of arthritis. One is Osteoarthritis and the other is Rheumatoid Arthritis. However, if any type of arthritis is present, such patients should use medication prescribed by doctors to make changes in their lifestyle. Also, if you are consuming the following milk foods, you will be able to reduce the pain caused by arthritis.
