Google reported in Chrome's latest patch note that any bug details and links have been prohibited with this new update. Also, any third party library and other projects have also been restricted. Let me tell you that by tampering with the JavaScript of Google Chrome browser, hackers could unrestrict the web browser. Once the new patch is rolled out, the browser's restriction mode will not be bypassed.
