Samsung launches world first 5G tablet

Following last year's successful launch of their first 5G smartphone, the Galaxy S10 5G, Samsung is finding itself in a very comfortable position in the world of next-generation smartphones. And now that the 5G transition for smartphones is underway, the company is kicking off the process for cellular-enabled tablets as well. To that end, last week the company released its first 5G-capable tablet, the Galaxy Tab S6 5G, on its home turf.

The Galaxy Tab S6 5G has a 10.5-inch super amorphous display. It is the sound system of the AKG that includes four speakers. The Dolby Atmos system and Realtime 4K Broadcasting feature are available on the tab.
The specifications of the Galaxy Tab S6 are the same as the October launch. The only difference being the connectivity. The slate features a 10.5-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display. This tablet supports the S pen which attaches at the back of the tablet for the ease of carrying around and for charging purposes. Along with the Snapdragon 855, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 comes with 6GB RAM and internal storage of 128GB.

Like the Galaxy Tab S6, the new Tab S6 5G is a multimedia powerhouse. It features a 10.5-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos. The tablet also comes with a built-in S Pen for greater productivity.
Powering the Qualcom Snapdragon 855 processor tab with a 5G chip. It has 128GB of storage with sixGB of RAM. The phone is Samsung's One UI 2.0 based on Android 10. A 7040 mAh battery is also provided for the operation of the tablet.
