Enable Touch ID or Face ID Lock.

The WhatsApp recently added an important privacy feature to give your chat extra security.

You can request Touch ID or Face ID when you open the app on your device. If the feature is enabled, you can use it to open Touch ID or Face ID.

To enable this feature, you have to go to Settings> Accounts> Privacy> Fingerprint Lock.

Once enabled, it will ask you to identify the Touch ID or the fee ID. Touch or fee IDs can be set as long as possible.

Two-step verification.

Two-step verification is another important feature, which helps keep the app safe when it is reinstalled. This feature prompts when you reinstall the application on your existing device and install it on a new phone. The features require a six-digit PIN when reinstalling the app to keep your account safe and secure, especially if the phone number associated with your WhatsApp is at risk.

To enable the 2-step verification feature, you must go to Settings> Accounts> Two-Step Verification. Click on it and enter a 6-digit PIN to play it. Information Sharing - Update your profile, status and group privacy settings
