Try to get medical checkup in time and don't take stress because taking stress is the root of diseases. Do morning walk and atleast try to take more than 8000 steps in a day.

  • Eat healthy foods because this will help your body by providing various types of essential nutrients. Your diet should contain fresh vegetables and green vegetables. Nowadays people only love to eat oily and junk food like pizza, burger, cake and biscuits. Due to these foods they can suffer from obesity. So we should avoid eating fast and junk food.
  • Your diet should contain food rich in vitamins and minerals. These foods will help you to prevent from various types of diseases.

  • Avoid drinking alcohol and also avoid smoking because these things can damage your body parts. Drink plenty of water and try to eat fresh fruits.
  • Try to spend more time with your family members because this is one of the best way to remove mental stress and harassment. If you have some time left then try to utilise that time by doing exercises by visiting nearby gym. Health is truly a source of happiness.
