1. Water
Most people do not pay attention to drinking water before exercising. The effect of this is that they are unable to workout well. So one should drink 2 glasses of water at least 30 minutes before starting the workout. This will keep you hydrated and perform well in the gym.

2. Workout time
Many people do workouts in the gym for 2-3 hours. This habit is wrong. Even a healthy person should not do more than 60 minutes of workouts at a time. Doing more workouts than this will make your muscles tired and they will take time to recover.

3. Diet
