Our Emotions plays an important role in maintaining our relationships. We all being in a nonsensical debate with our family and friends and said things which we shouldnt and then we regret it later. The worst thing is no matter what you say, you cant take those things back. Hence, emotions more or less always take advantage of us in most situations.

Your emotions at a particular moment decide your mood and how you interact with people. But its very important to control your emotion. These are some powerful ways to control your emotions-
1. Tag your Emotions:

Before we work on controlling your emotions, you need to be able to label them. What they are and how they can affect you. You can tag each of your emotions and the situation you feel them. Make a list and keep track of them in your mind. The next time you are in a similar situation, you know how you will react. You can either diffuse the situation or walk away from it.
2. Caring of others
You must care the feelings and emotions of others. You should try to ignore the feeling of cleverness and should not cheat anyone. This would makes you emotionally more strong and positive.
