Regulating Oral hygiene in simple ways
We all are concern about badbreath and teeth color and no doubt so many options are available in market for correcting oral hygiene.
But most of them are harmful for us and our environment.
So here are few effective ways without harming nature.
1. Brushing

We know it's not easy to leave our bubble zone and switch to datun (babool/neem stick ) but we can opt for ecofriendly toothbrushes.
2. Mouthwash

We generally use commercialized products to get good breaths but these antiseptic mouthwash kills the friendly bacterias too. Instead of it boil cloves in water and use it to wash mouth or simply chew clove a day.
3. Floss

Last but not least is flossing. But should floss at least once in two days to remove plaque between teeth.
