Water is a very essential fluid of our body and covers up to 70% of our body. If we don't drink it properly, then without getting its benefits, we will get it's disadvantages. So, let's check out, the common mistakes which we do and often ignore while drinking water.

In today's world, people drink water so quickly to save their time. Due to this Saliva doesn't get mixed up with water and thus, not able to keep acidic balance in our stomach. This also increases your body weight. Always drink water in a sip way, i.e. slowly-slowly.
[2] With Meal

Drinking water with meal causes indigestion. Because, when we eat our meal, acid is produced in the stomach to digest our food. But, water dilutes the acid and our food remains undigested. So always keep 1 hour gap between water and meal.
[3] Chilled water

After, coming from outside, Do you drink cold water? Cold Water can create problems in your throat. It shrinks the blood vessels, solidifies the fat and create indigestion, aggravate joint pain and decreases the heart rate. Best is to drink warm water. But you can also go with earthen pot.

Today, people drink water while running, which is totally alarming. Our kidney is not able to filter water properly when we drink water while standing. It imbalances the fluid in our body and causes joint pain or arthritis.

Whenever you feel thirsty, Just drink water. But you should always drink at least one full glass of warm water in the morning every day. Before brushing your teeth.
• How Much To Drink?

It totally depends upon your body type, daily routine, climate, weight, etc. We also get water from fruits and vegetables. So it is difficult to tell you the fixed quantity. Normally 3 liter is enough.
• In Which Utensil?

Water can be drunk in any utensil. Although, drinking water in copper utensils is good. It multiplies the benefits of water.
