- As many of us know that body fat is one of the reason for several diseases and unwanted health problems .Body fat also plays a biggest role in your internal and outer body development .
- So now it's time to fix it by doing a 50% diet and 50% physical activities .

- First you have to look on your diet because if you want to loose weight you have to go in less calories diet . Make your own diet plan according to your meals .
- Example : If you are a non vegetarian so make it according to that or if you are a vegetarian so make it according to that .

- Second make an workout routine and keeps your workout high on your fat loss plan .
- Do more running ,cardio ,weight training , more compound movements etc
- Work on your abdominal area must do the exercise like crunches , twister , side bends , leg raises etc
- Drink more water as much as you can .
