  • First you have to look on your diet because if you want to loose weight you have to go in less calories diet . Make your own diet plan according to your meals .
  • Example : If you are a non vegetarian so make it according to that or if you are a vegetarian so make it according to that .
  • Always keep in your mind that HIGH PROTEINS and LESS CARBS , FAT .
  • Add multi vitamins in your diet plans .

  • Second make an workout routine and keeps your workout high on your fat loss plan .
  • Do more running ,cardio ,weight training , more compound movements etc
  • Work on your abdominal area must do the exercise like crunches , twister , side bends , leg raises etc
  • Drink more water as much as you can .
