Healthy lifestyle is very necessary for all human beings. Some ways to keep yourself healthy are -
1. Sound eating routine, which was determined and evaluated dependent on the announced admission of solid nourishments like vegetables, organic products, nuts, entire grains, solid fats, and omega-3 unsaturated fats, and undesirable nourishments like red and handled meats, sugar-improved refreshments, trans fat, and sodium.

2. Sound physical movement level, which was estimated as at any rate 30 minutes out of every day of moderate to energetic action day by day. 
3. Sound body weight, characterized as an ordinary weight record (BMI), which is somewhere in the range of 18.5 and 24.9.

4. Smoking, admirably, there is no solid measure of smoking. "Solid" here implied failing to have smoked. Quit smoking for healthy lifestyle. Smoking can lead to many diseases so quit smoking.
