• Honey and Lemon Juice:

One tbsp lemon juice, Two tbsp honey, Half cup or more of hot water.
Put honey and lemon juice into a tea cup or mug. Add hot water and stir. Add more lemon juice, honey, or hot water or a pinch of salt to taste.
• Banana Peel tea:

Cut a banana peel into pieces and dry them in the sun and make powder. Boil two cups of water for five minutes with this banana powder. Allow the water to cool, then sieve out this banana peel tea. Banana tea is ready!
• ALMONDS:
