That's the problem with that operating system - the bluntly acknowledged Apple

Apple has bluntly acknowledged the existence of this problem in the operating system.

The disorder is detected in the Personal Hotspot feature on the iOS 13 and iPad OS 13 platforms. Apple is reported to be calling Apple Service Centers, claiming users have suffered a connectivity disorder on their iPhone and iPad devices.

Apple has temporarily turned off the personal hotspot feature and turned it on again.

Apple is expected to fix the new problem with a software update. It is questionable whether the issue has been fixed in iOS 13.4 version. The new news reports say there is no information that the personal hotspot has been fixed.

Apple has also urged users to update their devices so that the issue is not hardware dependent. So far, no information has been released about fixing the new software problem.
