The central government has cut LPG prices on Sunday before the festival of Holi, which has brought great relief to consumers. In the country's capital Delhi, the non-subsidized 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has become inexpensive by Rs 53. The price of non-subsidized LPG cylinders in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai has come down to Rs 805.50, Rs 839.50, Rs 776.50 and Rs 826 per cylinder respectively. The price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has been cut by Rs 53, Rs 56.50, Rs 53 and Rs 55 respectively in the four metropolis.

Petroleum companies have also cut the price of 19 kg LPG cylinders. The 19 kg LPG cylinder has become inexpensive by Rs 84.50, Rs 90.50, Rs 85 and Rs 88 in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai respectively.
