1) Why do the CD/DVD get jammed in a CD/DVD drive?
Solution: Because of Heat, Labels, and Presence of a disk, CD/DVD get jammed in a CD/DVD drive. You need to protect the CD/DVD from heat. Keep the CD/DVD away from sunlight or a device that produced heat, because excessive heat can damage and wrap the CD/DVD. While talking about labels, Use a permanent marker instead of custom labels, as custom labels pasted on a CD/DVD tend to come off and cause the CD/DVD jammed in the drive. Sometime presence of disk inside the CD/DVD drive cause the jam.

2) Problem in read and write.
Solution: Make sure that the CD/DVD is compatible with the drive. Check the standard formats. If you have an old CD/DVD drive, ensure that it is able to read your high speed CD/DVD. Insert the CD/DVD into the drive and see if a LED light up at the front of the drive.If no light is visible, then check the power connection of the drive.

3) Unable to play music on CD/DVD drive.
Solution: Make sure that audio cable is connected properly, and also ensure that the audio interface cable of the CD/DVD drive is not damaged and is properly connected to the drive. Make sure that your computer has as sound card in it. Without a sound card, you cannot play music in your computer. Ensure that the sound driver is installed on your computer.
