Do not drink tea and coffee after meals
Drinking tea immediately after eating is not right at all because it hinders the process of digestion. According to doctors, tea or coffee should not be consumed for 1 hour before eating and after 1 hour. This is because the chemical tannin present in tea coffee hinders the process of absorbing iron and reduces it by up to 87 percent, which can cause digestive problems. At the same time, you may have anemia due to this habit, you may have problems of staying cold, hands and feet, there may be problems like rotating head and loss of appetite.
Do not eat fruits after meals
Consuming fruits on an empty stomach is considered best. Fruit should not be eaten after lunch or dinner or after heavy meal like breakfast. When your stomach is full and at that time, if you start eating fruits, then the stomach will feel hard to digest these fruits, due to which you will not get enough nutrition of the fruits. So you can reduce the intake of fruits as a snack or between 2 miles.
Do not drink cold water
Drinking water is very important for digestion, but water should not be drunk immediately after eating food and should not drink chilled or too cold water at all. Drinking cold water immediately after eating causes the food to freeze in the flock or bunch which slows down the process of digestion and makes it difficult to digest food. According to experts, we should consume lukewarm water or water with room temperature after eating food and 45 minutes after eating it. Water should not be drunk immediately after meals.
Avoid cigarette smoking
We all know that smoking cigarettes is harmful for health, but smoking immediately after eating food becomes even more dangerous because doing so can cause a disease called Irritable Bawal Syndrome which is prone to ulcers. According to many studies done so far, if you smoke 1 cigarette immediately after eating, it will harm your body equivalent to drinking 10 cigarettes. So change the habit of smoking cigarettes after eating today.
Do not consume alcohol
If you consume alcohol after eating, it also affects the process of digestion and causes great harm to the body as well as the intestines. So if you want to drink, then take alcohol before 20-30 minutes before eating. But do not drink alcohol with food or immediately after eating.
Avoid bathing immediately after meals
Along with Ayurveda, modern medical science also believes that bathing immediately after eating food suddenly reduces the body's temperature, which affects the blood circulation. In this case, the blood which should help the body in the digestion, comes towards the skin to maintain the temperature of the skin. So after the meal cancel the bath plan.

Do not sleep immediately after meals
This happens especially during the night. After a day's fatigue, it is not possible to stop sleeping after eating a tasty dinner at night. But it is very important that you take care of this and do not go to bed immediately after eating. By doing this you may also have heart burn, chest irritation, snoring and sleep apnea. Take a walk after eating and only then go to sleep.
