Know about the benefits of eating red fruits and red vegetables.
1.Red chili:
Vitamin A,C and B 6 are found in abundance in red chilies.And they help in maintaining anti-oxidents,improve the efficiency of brain and along with that increase the working speed of brain.They help in empowering the eyes,skin and muscles.Chilies are very good medium of transporting various elements like fibers,potassium,manganese in the body.Red chilies help in maintaining the weight of body and along with that it reduces the cholesterol level.

2.Water-melon:
Color-full,juicy fruit water-melon contains 80% water.It is a good source of iron, sulfur, copper, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, thymine, riboflavin and ascorbic acid. The light red part of water melon is a good source of vitamin and twice as powerful as beta carotene. This also increases the affordability of vitamin E by 10 times which deactivates the free radicals that harm your skin.

A ripe tomato which is similar to the color of blood, is unbeatable in increasing the blood. Tomato is beneficial for health. Vitamins are found in abundance in tomatoes. The good thing about the vitamins found in tomatoes is unlike the vitamins found in other substances,vitamins found in tomatoes don't get destroyed even when heating up. The amount of iron it contains is two times more than amount present in milk and five times more than the amount present in egg.

Temptation starts the very moment when you hear about strawberry. Red colored strawberry is famous for its better-sweet taste and special qualities. Peach, apple and strawberry belong to the same set. Strawberry contains manganese and potassium. Pectin, a fiber, is found in strawberry which is helpful in controlling the blood pressure and cholesterol.

5.Apple:
Apart from taste, apple is health booster and energetic. It contains pectin,a soluble fiber ,which is helpful in digestion of food and also helps the intestine to left the toxic elements. It strengthens the bones. Anti oxidents and vitamin C are present in apples. It reduces the level of cholesterol in blood. An apple contains 8 ml vitamin C and vitamin A in abundance. Apple peels contain 5% more vitamin A as compared to pulp therefore we should eat apple along with the peels.

6.Beetroot:
It helps in digestion as it contains water and fiber in abundance. Protein,calcium, phosphorus, iron, fat, vitamin A,B 1, B 2, C, D, sodium, chlorine, folic acid, iodine are the special nutrients found in beet root. According to experts,betacyanin pigment present in beetroot is prosperous for destroying tumor. Beetroot helps in increasing the blood in the body and maintains the glow on face. Never remove the feel for beetroot in order to enjoy the benefits of nutritive elements of red color of beetroot.
