In ancient times, our India was known as the Gold Wing of India. Even today, there is a lot of gold in many places in our country. The Karnataka state produces the highest gold in India. Apart from Karnataka in India, gold is also extracted in Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand. Gold is mostly found in the form of oars of cross, Silver, Calvarite, Sylvainite, Petjite and cranerite.

Before extracting gold, we have to go through seven types of processes. Three of which are chemical processes and four processed processes by humans. After that, the gold goes out somewhere.

First of all, by examining the geology, there are golden stones in which stone can be found. When this is discovered, by breaking the rock with the help of dynamite, about 1 ton stone is extracted from the depth of 300 to 500 meters. This way about 300 tonnes of debris is taken out in 1 day. Gold ore keeps moving, so gold does not get accumulated at one place.

The debris removed from rocks are grinding in about 4-5 hours with the help of machines. In such a long time, the debris turns into sand.

Mixing water in this sand and preparing it like liquid. Put this liquid on a blanket placed on a vibrating table. When the sand is placed on a blanket, wet particles pass through it. Of which the gold particles are stuck and the useless stones disappear. This process is repeated several times.

When gold particles stick to the blanket then wash that blanket in water. After washing in water, the gold particles are separated from the blanket and mixed in water. This water is put on the table, from where the gold particles remain on the table and the water flows. Biscuit, brick, plate, etc. are made from the accumulated gold.

● Cyanide process - If the quantity of gold is low in the extracted ore, then the chemical process of cyanide is used. In this process, processed stones and its powders in cyanide and process them in the carbon-plus plant for 48 hours. After 50 hours, the gold hidden in the debris comes out in liquid form.

● Amalgamation - When the golden ore leaves, then the amalgamation method is used to obtain pure gold. In this method, the first gold particles are washed and grated in small particles. These small particles are passed on the plateau plated with the layer of mercury. When this golden particle meets mercury, then make amalgam. After amrgamm, it is heated until the mercury becomes gas and does not fly. Excessive caution is needed in this process because gas made from mercury is poisonous. When the mercury flies in the form of gas, then the gold is saved.
