Ingredients:

Rice

Water

Neem leaves

Process:
Take a clean bowl soak rice and neem leaves in water for about 1-2 days then strain the water and fill it in spray bottle and apply from roots to length keep it for 1-2 hours and then wash it with mild shampoo.

Why rice water?
Rice water contains Inositol,
carbohydrate which boost hair growth.
